Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of order confirmation.
• Cancellation requests received after 2 hours of order confirmation may not be accepted, as order processing may have already begun.
• Once a cancellation request is approved, the refund will be initiated within 24 hours manually. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refund Policy

Non-Delivery of Orders

If RUBY FASHIONS is unable to deliver your order due to reasons attributable to us, a full refund of the order amount will be processed.

RUBY FASHIONS shall not be liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, emotional distress, or any consequential damages arising from non-delivery of an order.

Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Payment Failures

In case of payment failures, duplicate debits, or payment-related issues, customers are advised to contact their respective bank or payment gateway provider. We will provide necessary assistance wherever possible.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following circumstances:

1. Damaged Product Received

If the product is received in a damaged condition, you may request a return or replacement.

2. Incorrect Size Delivered

If the size delivered is different from the size ordered (for example, you ordered Size S but received Size L), you may request an exchange.

Size Selection Responsibility

If the size delivered matches the size ordered, but the fit is not suitable for you, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

Customers are requested to carefully review the size chart or product measurements before placing an order. Product sizes are clearly mentioned (for example, Size M-36, In Some Cases Size M-38, etc.) to help customers make the correct selection.

Return Conditions

• An unedited full unboxing/opening video is mandatory for all return or exchange requests.
• Return requests without a complete unedited opening video may not be considered.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
• Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

Approval of Returns

All return and exchange requests are subject to verification by our team. RUBY FASHIONS reserves the right to approve or reject any return request after reviewing the submitted evidence and product condition.

The decision of RUBY FASHIONS regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds shall be final.
